Professional Experience
Eva Yoguez is a Senior Property Manager at Rosano Management, Inc. She holds over a decade of experience in property management in the Los Angeles area. Eva provides the Firm’s clients the efficient and productive management of their buildings with the goal of maximizing returns on their assets. To achieve these goals, Eva is utilizing the most advanced software to manage their assets, creating tremendous value to the owner’s properties. Her result oriented approach provides peace of mind to the owners knowing that their buildings are in good hands.
Prior to working for Rosano Property Management, Eva worked for one of the largest property management Companies in the South Bay. Her responsibilities included Managing 14 Rentals and 15 HOA’s totaling over 400 retail and residential units. Eva organized and attended monthly and annual board meetings to create action plans on how to improve property value, land integrity and resolve any general issues. She also helped regulate and impliment HOA policies and procedures to be more effective and streamlined, which made properties more attractive and marketable thus improving revenue. Eva also acted as a liaison with clients, board members, vendors and other staff by advising and reviewing competitive bids on major projects. On occasion she also worked closely with the legal department preparing evictions and representing the company in court hearings and depositions.
Eva’s most recent achievement is her work with the Los Angeles City Council, City Engineers and the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office. This collaboration was a program known as the “Los Angeles Neighborhood Watch”. This city funded program was a restoration project in which these collaborators breathed new life into Some of Los Angeles’s most Historical Buildings without compromising their beautiful architecture. Instead of just renovating buildings to bring them to code and make them ready for habitation, this project restores integrity and luster to some of Los Angeles’, eldest buildings.
